Why We Built It
One Bus, One Night, One Community
Happy Tuesdays is a standing weekly party bus night to Rum Jungle, run by a longtime Welcome Transportation partner who books our buses for it every week. Selling tickets and coordinating extra trip requests was all happening by hand — texts, cash, word of mouth.
We built The Real Party Bus so the same regulars (and anyone new who hears about it) can grab a $12 ticket in seconds, see the next date at a glance, and request a custom pickup for a private group — while the person who actually runs the night keeps full control of the money and the messaging, without needing us in the loop for either.

Who Runs It
A Community App, Built for One Partner
The Real Party Bus is community-specific — it exists to serve the riders of this one recurring party bus, not a general audience. Welcome Transportation built and hosts the app; the operator who actually runs Happy Tuesdays night to night handles their own banking, email, and admin password entirely through the app's own Settings page. Welcome Transportation never sees or handles that operator's credentials.

The Real Party Bus is already live and taking riders — it's a website, not a store download, so there's nothing to install from an app store. Open it on your phone or computer and it just works; add it to your home screen for a one-tap icon.
Ready to go, waiting on the operator. The app is live and fully built — ticket sales, the calendar, and trip requests all work. The one thing left is the operator finishing their own banking and email hookup inside the app's Settings page, which takes a few minutes whenever they're ready. Nothing about that step touches Welcome Transportation.
