We use your contact information to respond to quote requests, confirm bookings, coordinate trip logistics, and process payments. This includes sending you email and, if you provide a phone number, text message (SMS) updates about your specific trip or request — for example, pickup/drop-off notices, payment links, and booking confirmations.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages related to your specific trip, booking, or quote request. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes, and your number is never added to a marketing list without your separate, explicit consent.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate (payment processing via Stripe, email/calendar via Microsoft, and SMS delivery via Twilio) and only as needed to provide our services to you.

Data Retention

We retain booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal/accounting obligations.
