Our Services

Welcome Transportation provides charter bus rental services across Florida, including weddings, schools, conventions, corporate events, and group charter trips. Quotes provided through this website are estimates and are not confirmed until approved by our dispatch team.

Booking & Payment

Charter requests and group trips are not charged until a member of our team confirms the trip. Online bookings made through our instant booking calendar may be charged at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number on any of our forms, you consent to receive text messages related to your specific booking, quote, or trip request — including status updates, pickup/drop-off notices, and payment links. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. This program is limited to operational updates about your own trip or request — we do not send unsolicited marketing texts.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are communicated directly by our dispatch team when a booking or charter is confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

Welcome Transportation is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.
