Our Services

Welcome Transportation provides charter bus rental services across Florida, including weddings, schools, conventions, corporate events, and group charter trips. Quotes provided through this website are estimates and are not confirmed until approved by our dispatch team.

Booking & Payment

Charter requests and group trips are not charged until a member of our team confirms the trip. Online bookings made through our instant booking calendar may be charged at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Text Messaging Program

Program: Welcome Transportation trip and work notifications. Customers and passengers who give us their mobile number receive texts about their own booking, quote or trip (status updates, pickup and drop-off notices, payment links). Our drivers and staff who agree during onboarding receive job offers, work orders and schedule reminders, and may reply YES or NO to job offers. We do not send marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. Support: [email protected] or (407) 669-9681. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are communicated directly by our dispatch team when a booking or charter is confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

Welcome Transportation is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.
