Fly In and Go: From MCO Straight to the Parks
Welcome Transportation holds a special permit to operate at Orlando International Airport (MCO), so picking up your group is routine for us.
Here's how a "fly in and go" day works:
- You land. Your driver is waiting for the group at the airport.
- The luggage goes under the bus. Suitcases ride in the luggage bays underneath, so no one drags bags around.
- Straight to the parks. No hotel stop, no waiting for check-in time. Your group's vacation starts the morning you arrive.
- The bus waits for you. The bus is your home base for the day.
- Hotel at night. At the end of the day, your driver takes everyone and their luggage to the hotel.
Think of it as a rolling suite: your transportation, storage, phone charging and rest stop all in one.
More Than a Ride: What's on Board
- Wi-Fi on the bus. This one matters a lot for international visitors. Instead of paying roaming fees, your guests can call and message home over Wi-Fi while they ride.
- USB chargers at the seats. Phones charge over USB between parks, so nobody runs out of battery in the middle of the day. (USB ports only, no wall outlets.)
- The bus is your locker. Leave jackets, shopping bags and souvenirs on the bus instead of renting lockers or carrying everything.
- Onboard restroom. Long rides and big groups are easier when there's a restroom on board.
- Luggage underneath. Room for the whole group's suitcases on airport days.

Planear un viaje a los parques para 20, 30 o 50 personas es emocionante hasta que llega la parte de mover a todos. Aterrice y Vámonos: Del Aeropuerto Directo a los Parques
Welcome Transportation tiene un permiso especial para operar en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Orlando (MCO), así que recoger a su grupo es parte de nuestra rutina.
Así funciona un día de "aterrice y vámonos":
- Usted aterriza. Su conductor está esperando al grupo en el aeropuerto.
- Las maletas van debajo del bus. Las maletas viajan en los compartimientos de abajo, y nadie tiene que arrastrar equipaje.
- Directo a los parques. Sin parar en el hotel y sin esperar la hora de check-in. Las vacaciones del grupo empiezan la misma mañana que llegan.
- El bus lo espera. El bus es su base durante el día.
- Al hotel en la noche. Al final del día, su conductor lleva a todos con su equipaje al hotel.

Más Que un Viaje: Lo Que Hay a Bordo
- Wi-Fi en el bus. Esto es muy importante para los visitantes internacionales. En vez de pagar roaming, sus invitados pueden llamar y escribir a casa por Wi-Fi durante el viaje.
- Cargadores USB en los asientos. Los teléfonos se cargan por USB entre parque y parque, y nadie se queda sin batería a mitad del día. (Solo puertos USB, sin tomacorrientes.)
- El bus es su locker. Deje chaquetas, bolsas de compras y souvenirs en el bus en vez de alquilar lockers o cargarlo todo.
- Baño a bordo. Los viajes largos con grupos grandes son más fáciles con un baño a bordo.
- Maletas debajo. Espacio para las maletas de todo el grupo en los días de aeropuerto.
- Entretenimiento. Tenemos películas a bordo (comedias y películas para niños), o traiga las suyas. También hay audio Bluetooth para su música.
- Micrófono. Perfecto para el líder del grupo, un guía o un orador que quiera dar anuncios o compartir el plan del día.
